Kilzi supplies rigid polyurethane foam systems consisting of Isocyanate (A‑component) and Polyol (B‑component), available in 200 kg × 2 industrial drums or 22 kg × 2 small kits for manual on‑site application. When mixed, the system expands into a closed‑cell rigid foam with excellent thermal‑insulation properties, typically achieving a thermal conductivity) in the range of 0.020–0.024 W/m·K, depending on density and formulation. The cured foam offers high compressive strength, strong adhesion to most substrates, and low water absorption, making it suitable for insulating hot‑water tanks, cold‑room doors, cavity walls, refrigeration units, piping, and various residential and commercial building elements.
